Evacuation Plan
Hurricane Helene quickly showed us an emergency plan needs to be developed and coordinated between the two mountain top communities and The Brow.
Three plans of action need to be formalized:
1-Coordinated communication and contingency between the two mountaintop communities.
2-Detail plans of how to escape from the mountain.
3-Detail plans of where to go in the event all evacuation routes are blocked.
